There are three parts:

You will send me your measurements before the competition(so before May 3rd and at the end of the competition on June 3rd) Send me your: weight(in lbs), waist circumference, hips, abductors, chest, right arm, left arm, right thigh,left thing(all in inches...need help with this??Lemme know!!)
2.Goals
Each partipant needs to pick 2 goals they would like to accomplish within a month that is fitness/health related separate from weight loss(whether it be to eat healthier, drink more water, increase how much you can walk/run etc)
3. SHAKEOLOGY
